We run on paper tickets today. Do we have to give them up?
No. Pre-printed 3-part tickets and SMS tickets work in parallel on the same record. Keep paper for older travelers; everyone else goes digital.
How do SpotHero and other partner bookings come in?
They show up in your dashboard automatically. Your staff scans the guest's code at the curb, what they prepaid is applied, and anything extra is collected on site.
